Return Policy

Online Store Return Policy:

We hope you love your sample gown and/or accessory from Union Bridal. If you would like to return your sample gown or accessory you may in accordance with the following terms. Items that are listed as final sale on our website are not eligible for this return policy. Items that are purchased using a discount code for further mark downs are final sale and not eligible for return.

To complete a return, you must contact our team at hello@unionbridal.com within 3 days of receiving your purchase. After 3 days, the item will become final sale. If we are contacted within the 3 days, we will send instructions on how to complete your return, including our return shipping address. Once confirmed, we must receive your item within 12 days from the return confirmation email. We recommend trying on the items as soon as they are received in order to meet this timeline.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and without any makeup stains (all previous marks are noted and pictured on our website).

All items will undergo quality control upon return and refunds will  only be  available after the items have passed quality control. If for any reason your item does not pass QC, Customer Service will contact you with further options.

When the return passes quality control, a refund will be issued for the price of the dress and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The price of shipping is non-refundable & return shipping will kindly be covered by the customer.
