Union Bridal is a cozy boutique in Vancouver, BC, dedicated to the modern, carefree bride, offering a curated selection of fashion-forward gowns in a comfortable, intimate space for an unforgettable bridal experience.

What is the Guest House ?

The Guest House is our innovative twist on the traditional trunk show, offering you as a designer, a unique opportunity to showcase your collection in our studio for 5-8 weeks.

For these extended time periods, we will feature a new designer, dedicating a special section of our store to your gowns, creating an exclusive and buzz-worthy event.

    Your gowns will have a dedicated, highlighted section in our top-rated studio. Cross-promotion with our studio to introduce brides to your brand and vice versa.

  • Professional Content Creation

    During the first week of your residency, we'll create a collection of professional photos and videos highlighting your gowns. This content will be used in paid promotions to drive brides to our studio, emphasizing the limited-time availability of your collection.

  • Increased Sales & Brand Awareness

    Our strategic promotions and incentives will increase sales and brand awareness for both your brand and ours. The exclusivity and limited-time nature of the Guest House Residency will create urgency and excitement among brides.

What’s Included…

  • 16 - 20 high res photos of your gowns in and around our studio in Vancouver, BC. All photos in this presentation are taken by our in-house photographer.

  • A reel designed to highlight your gowns that are visitiong our store; we’re happy to crosspost this on IG with your brand.

  • A collection of video clips (including longer versions of the clips used in our reel) so that you can use them to make future reels and content of your collection.

  • 1-2 collaboration posts on our IG feed (1 Reel + 1 Feed Post).

  • $150 Ad spend will be used to run Meta ads to our target audience in the surrounding area highlighting your gowns visiting our studio.

Our marketing strategy focuses on Instagram and Facebook ads to drive engagement, supported by word of mouth, referrals, and organic Google searches for brand awareness. With 80% of our Instagram audience in Canada, primarily women aged 25-34, it’s an ideal platform for reaching our target demographic.
